U.S. specialist for a period of <b>14 to 21 days<\/b> to provide advice, training, or assistance in developing impactful projects.<\/p>\n<p>Organizations eligible to participate include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)<\/li>\n<li>Consortia of Higher Education Institutions<\/li>\n<li>Public entities<\/li>\n<li>Research centers<\/li>\n<li>Non-governmental organizations<\/li>\n<li>Cultural institutions<\/li>\n<li>Other organizations that promote education, research, and development in the country<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Note: Projects at U.S. institutions or those based in the United States, as well as projects at for-profit companies or organizations such as corporations or businesses, are not eligible for funding.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span
