National University of Colombia, in partnership with: Columbia University, the University of La Amazonia, and the Omacha University (Monter\u00eda campus), the University of Santander (Valledupar campus), and the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management (UNGRD).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project \u201c\ud835\udde1\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude05\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddda\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb \ud835\udde5\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf5\u201d project, led by the University of La Sabana in partnership with the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia and the CINDE Foundation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The winning projects address strategic challenges in areas critical to the country&#8217;s development and reflect the potential of binational academic cooperation to generate knowledge that has a real
