Fulbright Colombia Welcomes Two New Members to its Board of Director
Fulbright Colombia, as a Binational Commission, has a Board of Directors made up of representatives from both countries — Colombia and the United States —, reflecting the spirit of cooperation and mutual understanding that defines its mission. In this context, the Commission is pleased to welcome two new members who bring diverse perspectives and outstanding professional trajectories to the Board.

María Angélica García Yatte serves as Director of Cultural Affairs at the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. An internationalist with a background in international law and experience in social policy, corporate social responsibility, and social development, García Yatte brings to the Board a strong perspective on cultural diplomacy and multilateral engagement.
Gregg Bauer is Co-founder and Managing Partner of ScaleUp Lab, with an extensive background in entrepreneurship and technology-driven innovation. With deep experience in the startup ecosystem across Colombia and Latin America, and a broad knowledge of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and artificial intelligence, Bauer brings a strategic vision in innovation and global business development to the Board.

Fulbright Colombia celebrates the incorporation of these two leaders and is confident that their experience and commitment will enrich the Commission’s work in its mission to strengthen academic and cultural ties between Colombia and the United States.
